Someone who will watch out for your best interests; someone who is your own personal counselor and confidant. The key to being a good buyer’s agent is simple; put the client’s needs first and foremost. It is the job of a buyer’s agent to inform, educate, and negotiate on behalf of their clients. I’d love to be that person for you!

Selling a home can be stressful endeavor full of unknowns. When the property will sell, for how much, and on what terms? It is during this time you need a professional to be on your side to effectively price, list, and market your home. That person needs intimate knowledge of the real estate market, extensive marketing prowess, and of course negotiation skills. But above all they need to truly and deeply care about their client’s welfare. I have spent years honing my skills in all these areas and I’d love the opportunity to use them to serve you.

A real estate agent is only as good as their knowledge of the market. The question I get more than any other is “how is the market doing?” People expect a professional to know the market and be able to quantify and explain it. As a real estate agent that has spent most of my life in the Greater Grand Traverse Area I know our market intimately. I take pride in my ability to analyze and then simply and effectively explain the real estate market to clients so they know at what price to list their property or how much to offer when purchasing property. My market analyses are always free of charge and I’d be happy to do one for your property.

Traverse City is one of the fastest growing areas in the state and for good reason. It is an emerging area for entrepreneurs, creatives, and tech. That combined with some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world creates a huge demand for housing and developments. Builders, tradespeople, and developers are key in this process. So are the real estate agents who can turn a development from a row of beautiful buildings into a row of homes that will be filled with memories and for decades to come. I have worked hard to serve my builder and developer clients produce and sell some of the finest properties that Northern Michigan has to offer.
